Schedule of condition
Prepare Schedules of Condition which record the condition of a building, normally for legal or contractual reasons
Land registry compliant lease plans
Provide Land Registry compliant plans for land owners and solicitors, where a plan is required for first registration, transfer, or long leases
Party Wall Matters
Act as party wall surveyor for the building owner or the adjoining owner on all Party Wall matters
Building Pathology
Inspect building defects and analyse causes i.e. water ingress, cracking to walls
Flood/Water Damage Assessment
Assessment of flood/water damage by a qualified chartered building surveyer and reinstatement.
Building Maintenance Plans or PPM’s
Inspect properties from single let buildings to shopping centres and prepare 5-10 year maintenance plans including costs
